Sassy Dezines, Terms & Conditions


Back-Orders:
	We keep a certain amount of stock items; however, most are cast/cleaned/fired and shipped fresh. We ask for a 3-4 week delivery time because of fresh casting. The process for all items is to pour into mold, clean, fire and paint if you want it finished. This can take from two (3) to three (4) weeks. Please order accordingly. We try to get the order filled as soon as possible.

Cancel Order:
	If you decide you do not want an order after placing it and paying for it, if the order has been poured and is still in greenware you will get 60% back. If the order has been fired but not painted yet, you will get 50% back. If the order has been painted already you will get 40% back. 90% of the ceramics are poured fresh and then will be inventory.

Order Processing:
	Once we have notified you with the correct total, (order and freight if applicable) in stock orders will be shipped within 3 days of payment receipt. The only exception to this policy would be on Special Order items.

Freight:
	Note: If incorrect address information is provided, there will be an additional $6.00 Address Correction fee.

Local Orders:
	If you live within the Tucson City limits, we can arrange for delivery or meet you in a designated area. We still charge a handling fee, but freight and insurance will be free of charge. When you check out, please use the "Comments" box to let us know if you want us to deliver your products to you. Please wait for a confirmation email from us, to let you know what your total order will be. The Shopping Cart automatically calculates Shipping, Insurance and Handling fees. You may contact Customer Service with any further questions.


Return Policy:
	All of our products carry a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If, within 5 days of receiving your order, you are unhappy with any item you have received, please contact Customer Service. All returns require prior approval by Sassy Dezines. Customer Service will issue you a "Return Merchandise Authorization Number" (RMA #), which must be legible on the outside of your package. RMA#'s are valid for 10 days from the date of issue. Packages sent to Sassy Dezines without prior approval, the RMA# (clearly marked on the outside of the package) or shipped collect, will be returned at the customers' expense. Please ship the package back to Sassy Dezines and we will gladly exchange it, credit your account or refund your money. A 20% Restocking Fee will be charged on any non-damaged returns. It is your responsibility to: 1. Receive prior authorization for the return, 2. Write your RMA# on the outside of your package and, 3. Return the item(s) to Sassy Dezines within 10 days of receipt and at your own risk and method of shipping. We suggest that you insure your return package, as we are not liable for lost packages. All Special-Order and Closeout items are final.. Freight charges are non-refundable. Damaged Package or Item(s): On occasion, no matter how carefully an item is packed, it may reach you damaged. If the package is damaged or opened upon receipt contact Customer Service and we will file a claim with the shipping company. Please keep all boxes until advised otherwise by the freight carrier. If the package is intact, but an individual item is damaged, simply send it and a copy of your invoice with a short explanation of the damage. We will send out a replacement item (same item you ordered). Restocking fees do not apply in this circumstance. If you want a refund instead of a replacement Sassy Dezines will mail a check to you minus the shipping charges.
